Official Rules
- Sponsor. The APHA SIG SAUER Binocular Giveaway is sponsored by the Alaska Professional Hunters Association ("APHA").
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. APHA officers, directors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- Raffle Period. The drawing will take place at the end of September 2026.
- Ticket Price. Tickets are $25 each. Each ticket is one entry into the drawing. There is no limit on the number of tickets sold or the number of entries per person.
- Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner need not be present. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days after the drawing.
- Prize Description. One (1) Grand Prize: a SIG SAUER ZULU6 HDX PRO 16×50 image-stabilized binocular, approximate retail value $1,700.
- Prize Restrictions. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. If the exact model becomes unavailable, APHA may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
- Refunds. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Governing Law. This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
