Guide Classes
Annual dues by license class
Registered Guide, Contracting ($350/yr)
Registered guides operating their own contracting business.
Registered Guide, Non-Contracting ($200/yr)
Registered guides not currently contracting clients.
Assistant Guide ($100/yr)
Licensed assistant guides working under contracting guides. This is the level to choose if you are joining APHA for the first time.
Assistant Guide Sustaining ($35/yr)
A reduced rate for assistant guides who have already held a full Assistant Guide membership. Not a first-year option.

- 1-year subscription to The Alaska Professional Hunter magazine
- 20% discount on magazine advertising (30% on consecutive ads)

How to Apply
Applications are reviewed by the board
Professional membership requires review and approval by the APHA. Apply online by selecting your level and completing checkout, and your membership activates once approved. You can also download the paper application and mail it to the office.
